Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Listing Haus Real Estate Photography LLC (doing business as Listing Haus Media) to delete the personal data we hold about you, including messages and information we received through our Instagram messaging integration. We will honor valid requests as required by applicable law.

Send us a deletion request using either method below:

• Email: iris@listinghausmedia.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
• Phone: (602) 980-8910.

So we can find and remove the right information, please include:

• The Instagram username (handle) you used to message us, if your request relates to Instagram;
• Any email address or phone number you may have shared with us;
• A brief description of the data you want deleted.

We will confirm your request, remove the personal data we hold about you from our records, and ask our service providers to do the same where applicable. We may need to retain limited information where the law requires us to keep it.
